Our Estimates Include Original Equipment Manufacturer Parts

Our estimates are written using new Original Equipment Manufacturer parts unless it makes more sense or we feel it is best to use some used parts or assemblies.  If your insurance company writes its own estimate for your repairs, be sure to ask if they are writing to use any used or non-original equipment manufacturer parts.  By law, they are to inform of this, but this does not always happen.
